I love these flowers in the alps.. I call them bad hair day flowers.. 😉

    Beautiful! Flowers often look better with a shallow depth of field but I usually forget that and try to get them as sharp as possible. We will have plenty of time to experiment very soon.

      I also tend to keep the focus wide landscape rather than shallow depth..

    Great photo. I love all the crossing diagonals in the foreground through the background.
